It’s well known that we LOVE purple here at Heart Love Weddings, but we realized that we hadn’t done a purple wedding inspiration board since forever. And this one has it all – sparkle, lavender, a splash of pink, and ombre! It leaves me speechless. Maybe even a little breathless… And yes, definitely a little weak in the knees.
Can we get started with the sparkle in our first dress? Yes, please! Oh my, what a beautiful dress! Perfect for your bestie, the maid of honor :) And then we have the rest of the bridesmaids in that amazing lavender that matches the MOH bow. Did you catch the splash of pink that we added? Hint – it’s in the bride’s bouquet! I’ve always had my eye on those pretty vintage wedding cake forks and this was the perfect opportunity to add them to our inspiration board. I am truly in love with those beauties! And why not surprise your guests when it comes time for dessert with none other than an ombre wedding cake! Couldn’t get any better than that except that it is purple and it matches the other purple and lavender accents. Perfection! Then, we have a dashing groom looking oh-so-dapper in black with a stylish chevron bow tie – love! And believe it or not, I’ve admired this display of farmer’s market flowers for a while now, and it is exactly what inspired the color palette today. I’m not a swoon-y kind of girl, but if I was, or if you are, then this inspiration board would be the one to do it. If I could get married again, I would be all over this color and style choice :)
